Age 88 and living on my own.I was led to inderstand that the wall could be attached to the balcony.So disappointed.It can, but then you have two optipns. Turn it to face towards t...he building, in which case direct sun cannot reach the plants. Or tun it towards the light, in which case it is too close to the bakcony glazing to be able to properly access the trays.On untying it from the balcony and bringing it back into the flat, the top layer collapsed.When unplanted, the veticalbuild is very fragile, and its construction super easy to undo - with fiddly parts falling.The instability would not be aot be so if it was planted up, because of the weight of the soil and plants.I have asked for advice.22/5/23 Follwing their response, I plan to plant herbs and sun loving items in the top tray and the single tray left over from the stack of five- and find shade loving plants of the other four trays facing inwards. Ideally I would have some autumn crocuses for their colour and late flowereing, but they do not hang over - so I might try haveing a few in different traysand keep the foliage from above sufficiently off them.Ideally I would also find a suitable strin or strains of Hellobore (Christmas rose) that i love, and with them all a variety of greenery, even a variegated one tht i had in my previous garden as ground cover. The planters arrived quickly, I was kept up to date of my order by Matt. This time I ordered 5 plantboxes with shady plants and 5 plantboxes without any plants.They are easily and ...quickly assembled. Some of my previous plantboxes were already planted up but needed siting on the fence to replace the felt pocket green wall . The plantboxes were attached to the fence in a 5 row 4 column block.The plants provided by Growing Revolution were healthy and planted without issues into the plantboxes even the large Fatsia went in. I finished off the boxes with plants I had bought elsewhere.I also have 3 plantboxes on my small shed and 3 on the house wall in full sun.Looking to see where else I can put these superb boxes! Delivered in good time (recent pandemic considered etc) not the most attractive packaging but I’m actually very glad not to receive lots of unnecessary packaging. Instructions we...re easy to follow.. I personally didn’t get satisfaction from building up all the parts but I understand others will enjoy this.I used approx 27 boxes to frame a window. I have experience with “live walls” this product in my opinion is fantastic value for money for a good domestic product.I chose a mixture of planting and all but one plant has performed. I was expecting to receive a watering pipe but never did. Overall it’s a great product and very user friendly. It’s attempting to be more environmentally responsible than many (if not all) of the other products on the market and it’s helps to bring habitat and colour to a regular wall.. all around win.
