Despite best efforts, we know things can get lost, or worse, broken on site when installing or undertaking routine maintenance. We offer replacement parts for all PlantBox™ components – just drop us an e-mail to trade@growingrevolution.com with what you require, and where you require it sent too.

We understand that not all living wall projects are the same. We would be happy, and on hand to offer you or your clients assembly and installation.  

We also offer a design service if you need assistance with plant designs. Prices start from £250 excl. VAT.

If you are not be satisfied with your purchase, then you are entitled to a full exchange or refund within 7 days of placing the Order. Please notify us by e-mail trade@growingrevolution.com, or by phoning 01243 957109. We will require your full name and Order Number that was e-mailed upon completion of initial order. 

You will then need to arrange for Goods to be returned to us, note the Company is not responsible or liable for reimbursing for Goods to be returned to the Company. 

Should the Goods be received in a faulty or damaged condition then it is the Customers responsibility to provide the Company with photos of their condition where a member of the Company’s dispatch team will be in touch to arrange necessary next steps. The Company requires Customer’s to notify the Company of any issues with delivery, damages, returns or similar within 7 days since Order.

Any lightweight, peat free composts will do the trick for outdoors. We provide a peat-free potting compost with our plant bundles which has been tried and tested. If you plan on using a heavier compost or soil, then we thoroughly recommend using a perlite or vermiculite to get air into the roots. For indoor walls, we can provide a coir-based, peat-free compost.

We recommend carrying out a quarterly check of your PlantBox™ living wall, ensuring the water reservoir is topped up and, if you have one of our watering kits, whether this is working correctly. Pruning foliage in Spring, summer and autumn will allow plants to continue thriving, and adding a fertiliser every 6 months would also be recommended.

All of our products have been built to last and have a design life of at least 10 years. Should you have a problem with your order, then contact one of the team on trade@growingrevolution.com who will make every effort to get this resolved quickly for you.

One of the advantages of PlantBox™ is its adaptability. The troughs can easily be taken apart and re-configured.

Yes, we recommend installing our plug in the bottom of each stack of PlantBox™ troughs to avoid overwatering onto the floor! Get creative with your favourite houseplants!   Let us know if you need a hand with the plants?   trade@growingrevolution.com

Smaller vertical gardens can be watered by hand. Simply pour water into the filter of the top PlantBox™ in each column. For larger living walls, we advise installing our irrigation kits which are made to suit the size of the living wall you’ve ordered.   The way to order an irrigation kit is through the calculator on the ‘Product’ page and by entering your dimensions. A pop-up will ask you if you need an irrigation kit to go alongside your PlantBox™ troughs.

Yes, to get best value, we offer a variety of plant bundles when ordered with your PlantBox™ troughs. These include either indoor or outdoor plant selections.  Alternatively, we can provide you or your client with a selection of plants on their own to suit any plant or soft landscaping specification. We can also source trees, hedging, shrubs and much more. Just ask! trade@growingrevolution.com

We recommend using a peat free compost. If you are creating an internal vertical garden choose a houseplant potting compost. – we can also supply compost.

PlantBox™ is generally suitable for a wide variety of plants. We recommend using evergreen plants for a full living wall all year round, but you can also grow seasonal flowers or even vegetables! It’s important to consider the specific needs of the plants you intend to grow, such as light requirements and root space. Some plants may thrive better in a living wall system than others.  PlantBox™ is also suitable for indoor plants, and we can work with you and your client on providing the right plants for the right space.

It is simple to fix PlantBox™ back to most walls or surfaces. We recommend doing so by starting with two fixings at the bottom of the PlantBox™ living wall and then fixing again at every 3rd trough, or 600mm vertically.

We believe in ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. If you have finished with your PlantBox™, we recommend gifting to a friend, neighbour or anyone who would be interested! PlantBox™ can be recycled, but we recommend checking with your local authority before putting in your recycling bin.

PlantBox™ is designed to last 10+ years subject to appropriate use. By this we mean installed correctly and subject to regular/routine maintenance.

Yes, PlantBox™ is made with 100% recycled British polypropylene plastic

We are proud to work with British suppliers to manufacture products from non-toxic, recycled materials that make use of our resources. Our PlantBox™ units are made from 100% recycled British plastic and manufactured in Norfolk, and our components are made our neighbours in West Sussex!
