Please note that for UK Mainland deliveries, we currently deliver within 3-5 days after dispatch. Should there be any issues or further information required about your order, then one of the Growing Revolution team will be in touch within 48 hours of payment being processed.
The flat rate is currently £7.00 per each set of either 3, 5 or 10 PlantBox. For customers wanting larger orders, please contact the Growing Revolution team at email@example.com to arrange alternative deliveries.
Yes – you will receive notification from our couriers as to which day and time your order will be delivered. For orders of more than 100 PlantBoxes, please contact one of the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your #Order Number to get an accurate delivery time.
Our distribution team will ensure that your order goes out in an excellent condition, which is correctly sealed and accounted for. In the unlikely event of the box arriving damaged, or contents missing, then please get in contact with us directly on 01243 957109 or email@example.com. You will be redirected to our Operations team who will deal with this issue as a matter of urgency.
No problem! With any failed deliveries, a delivery card will be posted through your letterbox with details as what to do next. Normally packages will be redelivered to your address the day after the failed delivery, but can also be collected from your nearest sorting hub.
